Tripti Goyal is the heart behind the operations at Trusted Financial Choice. As Associate Director, she brings over 15+ years of experience in marketing, operations, and project management—but more importantly, she brings a genuine passion for people, purpose, and creating positive change.
With a background managing some of Australia’s top national accounts, Loreal, Woolworths, Aconex, Tripti is no stranger to pressure or complexity. She thrives on bringing structure to chaos, leading teams with empathy, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders alike. Her dual degree from Monash University supports her ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution.
At TFC, Tripti leads the marketing and operational strategy, strengthening brand visibility, optimising internal processes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. She has been instrumental in growing the firm’s presence across social media and community channels, ensuring that the brand reflects its values—trust, integrity, and care. She’s passionate about using her skills to create a business that not only succeeds but gives back to the community along the way.
Outside the office, Tripti enjoys spending time with her family, watching mystery movies, writing poetry, and hosting dinner parties filled with laughter and good company.

Aatir joins the team with a foundation in finance and several years of experience in loan administration.

Throughout his career, Aatir has honed his skills in client service and document management, allowing him to contribute to seamless transactions for our clients.
Outside of the office, Aatir enjoys bingeing Netflix, discovering new places to dine, and has a knack for crafting the perfect drink. And with his self-proclaimed sense of humor, he’s sure to keep the team in good spirits!
Rocky Shi
Rocky is a finance professional with over 10 years’ experience in consumer banking.
His knowledge of the financial sector, combined with his exceptional communication skills, enables him to navigate complex client matters with ease.
Rocky’s ability to understand and address client concerns promptly and effectively has earned him a reputation for excellence in customer service.
Rocky is passionate about making a tangible difference in people’s lives and helping clients achieve their financial goals by guiding them through their financial journey with expertise and empathy.
Outside of work, Rocky is an avid collector of high-end sneakers and enjoys the thrill of finding unique additions to his collection. He loves playing basketball and cherishes quality time spent with his young daughter.
Faisal Rashid
With over 15 years of experience in business finance, Faisal Rashid brings extensive expertise to Trusted Financial Choice. Having worked with two of Australia’s leading institutions—Westpac and Commonwealth Bank—he has developed a thorough understanding of what drives business success and how strategic funding can accelerate growth.
At TFC, Faisal is the Asset Finance Specialist; helping clients access the right solutions to strengthen their operations and seize new opportunities. His specialisation includes:
- Asset & Equipment Finance: Simplifying the acquisition of vehicles, machinery, equipment, and technology.
- Cash Flow Lending: Designing flexible working capital facilities to support business liquidity.

Ian Lim
Ian Lim is an Associate Broker with over five years’ experience across banking, credit analysis and financial services.
He has experience supporting residential, commercial, asset finance and SMSF lending applications and has worked with more than 60 lenders, giving him a strong understanding of lender policies, credit requirements and the different lending options available to clients.
At Trusted Financial Choice, Ian works closely with our brokers to assess, structure and manage lending applications, while supporting clients throughout the process from initial enquiry through to settlement.
His background in credit analysis and financial assessment allows him to carefully review lending scenarios, identify suitable options and assist with preparing well-structured applications.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, gaming and spending time with family and friends.
